Ants have been a theme for me for a long time. I’m fascinated by the complex roles and relationships that keep the nest operating, and the individuals within it surviving and thriving.
No single ant carries the colony alone. They each play a part, adjust when conditions change, and put in the work, day after day, to keep things running efficiently. That’s the “works” in Antworks. Mediation isn’t easy, and we won’t pretend otherwise. But it works, and it’s built to get things resolved faster and more affordably than leaving your problems to the family courts to sort out.
